Who Can Join

Wichita Falls Federal Credit Union is not open to everyone. Our bylaws state that our field of membership is limited to those who are:

EMPLOYEES OF:

  • City of Wichita Falls

  • Wichita County Water Districts 1 and 2

  • Wichita Falls Housing Authority

  • Wichita Falls City/County Health Unit

  • Wichita County Appraisal District

  • Lakeside City

  • TB Electrical

  • Century Construction

  • Members of the Wichita Falls City Council

  • Persons retired from the above fields of memberships

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP:

    • Family members by blood or by marriage up to, but excluding cousins from the above fields of membership

    • Spouses of those who died while in one of the above fields of membership

    • A household member of an existing account holder

How to Join

You’re eligible? Yeah! follow the procedures below.

  • If not, we still highly recommend Credit Unions! Check out another in the area.

Apply online or come by our office located at 2100 Seymour Highway, Wichita Falls, TX 76301 

  • Have your social security card and driver's license (or any two valid government issued IDs) handy.

  • A signature card will be completed for yourself and any joint owners. (Joint owners ID’s and signatures needed as well)

  • The first deposit needed is at least $25.00 for your Share Savings. 

    Your Share Savings Account is your primary account with the credit union. $25.00 is required to be maintained in the Share Account for your membership.

    The Share Account earns dividends on your balances of $50.00 or more.

After membership is established, other types of Deposit and Loan Accounts are available and may be opened at any time.
