You may check your account balance or transaction history any time of the week by calling our audio response at  940.763.1301.

Bill Pay

No stamps to buy, no trips to the Post Office. A simple, convenient, and secure way to pay your bills! Click on the Bill Pay icon once you have sign in to Online Banking. (checking account required) Once you set up your bills, it is just click, fill in the amount and send.

Card Control / Security

Card Control allows you stop any future transactions and resume use when you need it. Ideal for times when you misplace your card, are traveling, or concerned with security. This feature may be turned on and off in the menu of the WFFCU Mobile App.

E-statements

Speed and Convenience. With eStatements, you'll not only get your statement several days earlier, but you'll have the ability to store your Adobe® PDF-formatted statement electronically on your computer, or print it at your whim, whether home or away.

Reduce paper clutter. Eliminate the paper statement each period (monthly or quarterly) with eStatements. The credit union will e-mail you when your statement is available, eliminating the mailed paper statement. eStatements look just like the paper statements you're used to.

Getting started is easy. Sign in to WFFCU’s online banking then just click on the statement icon at the top of your account summary screen to enroll.

Mobile Deposit

Deposit from your Mobile Phone!  Deposit money without ever leaving your office or home. With WFFCU's Remote Deposit, using your phone and our mobile app, you just take a picture of your paper checks and send the images electronically to WFFCU for deposit into your account.

Night Depository

We know traditional banking hours may not be convenient for you. That's why we offer our Night Deposit Services free. So no matter what time you make your deposit, you can rest assured it is safe in our depository vault. Night Deposit services are available at our drive through at the main office.

 

Online Banking

Accessible through any Web Browser, Our online banking provides you with real time connection and a secure site in which to view account information. Members may query account history, recent draft postings, pay bills, view checks and more, all on-line. Our online banking will give you access to your financial information 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

Wires and Electronic Transfers

All members of our credit union can send and receive wire and electronic transfers. The information needed for each service varies dependent on the financial institution.

To Send a Wire or Electronic Transfer, contact the other institution for the information needed, then provide it to us. Primarily you will need the name, bank account number and routing number of the recipient.
